Shipping, warranty & returns
Delivery:
An order will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases. Here goes: ordered before 17:30, shipped the same day. We strive to deliver the package to you the next day. On Saturday there is no shipment, this falls outside the 24 hours. If you order on Sunday before 4 p.m., the package will be shipped the same day. Have you not received your (entire) order within 2 business days (and there are no pre-orders with it)? Please contact us. AFTER 14 days it is not possible for us to start an investigation with the DHL. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have not yet received your order.
Orders are delivered with DHL. If your order is delayed we are not responsible for this. We will start an investigation and do everything possible to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. The maximum time for an investigation is 8 working days. We believe that this should never be at the expense of the customer. This means that you will receive a refund or your Klarna invoice will be adjusted if no conclusion can be given about the package.
Shipping costs:
Our shipping costs are €5.95. If you order for €75,00 the shipping costs will be waived.
Returns:
Are you not completely satisfied with the order after all? Too bad, but that can happen!
Read below how you can return your order.
First check whether your order is eligible for return:
Returns can be made within 14 days. The item must be received in good order at our store within 14 days of shipping. After this, the right to a refund of the order expires. Please note that the invoice of Klarna just have to be paid when returning an order too late.
The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Also, all tags must still be attached to the item.
Jewelry, tights, bags and other items from the accessories section may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Do you return an order anyway? Then you will receive the order back and the shipping costs will be charged!
Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned except for individual items that cost more than €100 (NOTE: not the total amount of your order), damaged items and or other mistakes made by Vintaire & Co. Should this be the case you can always contact our customer service via email or instagram DM.
Shipping costs to return are the customer's responsibility.
Sunglasses: Sunglasses may be returned. This is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages caused by transportation.
Bikinis/swimsuits may be returned. This item may only be tried on with panties and the hygiene strip must remain in the bottom. The item will be extra checked for hygiene both when it is sent and when it is returned. If we judge that the item is not in good condition (not hygienic), does not contain a hygiene strip or does not contain the correct size combination we will send the item back to the customer, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
RETURN FORM / PACKING SLIP
There is a packing slip with your order. Please include this with your return package. That way we know that the package came from you. Is there no packing slip in your package? Then you may write your details (name, address and order number) on an A4 sheet and enclose it with the return package. This way the return can be processed as quickly as possible.
CREATING A RETURN LABEL
You can create a return label via the sites DHL, Post NL, UPS etc (Prices vary per courier)
Discounted items or items from our sale section can be returned.
We will refund the credit within 14 working days (ex bank processing time). We will refund the amount to the account used to pay. Please keep your shipping receipt and track and trace code until your return package has been processed correctly.
When the package is prepared for shipment, you can hand it in at the nearest post office to be sent (at your own expense) to the address below. NOTE: This does not necessarily have to be via DHL! Please include the packing slip or even a piece of paper with your details with the return shipment, so we know whose package it is! Also write down why the items are being returned. Note remove the label or stick the new label over it so that the package is not sent to the old address. Should this happen we are not responsible for this.

Packages sent to a service point cannot be picked up by us here.
Returns can only be made to the return address.We process return packages within 14 days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. If the item is not to your liking it can be returned and a new order can be placed through the webshop.
Warranty
We give no warranty on any kind of printing or plastering of an item. (Sequins, rhinestones, studs, polka dots, fringes or adhesive letters, etc.).
Glitter and sequins may rub off / come off. We do not treat this as a complaint.
We do not warranty accessories such as earrings, necklaces, sunglasses, belts, bracelets and hats.
We do not warranty items that have been washed, ironed, etc.
For all shoes E.D. we provide a 4 week warranty on stitching and soles/heels.
We do not warranty buckles, zippers, buttons or any type of fasteners.
We do not guarantee loose threads (finishing threads).
Pilling of clothing is not covered under warranty, it is caused by friction with other materials and we are not responsible.
We give no warranty on leatherlook pants. (coating layer)
We do not guarantee loops/ hooks and fluff on crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.
The label of teddy jackets says it can be washed, we do not recommend this.
There can always be some difference in 1 size items, we do not treat this as a complaint.
Upon receipt of the order, please check the items for a defect within 24 hours. If you have found a defect please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package with your order number and photos of the defect.
Complaints
You must report a manufacturing defect or any type of defect to us by email within 24 hours. Should you report it a later time, unfortunately there is no reason for any kind of compensation. We will try to answer your complaint as soon as possible. Please wait patiently for our reply before taking any further action. This is because the return costs can NOT be refunded afterwards.
There can always be some difference in 1 size articles, we do not treat this as a complaint.
Colors may sometimes vary slightly by sunlight / daylight, we do not treat this as a complaint.
Only in consultation will shipping costs be reimbursed by means of a return label or pickup request if something is returned on your own initiative without consultation with Vintaire & Co. shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Under the legal provisions also applies than the customer has a right of withdrawal according to the legal standard of 14 days.
